How do you choose the right experience for us?
We start from who your child is, not from where they want to go: "Find your experience" asks for their age, then their passion or destination, and finally a contact. A travel designer gets back to you.
Who accompanies the group?
Jo-in group leaders, introduced by name and face before departure. The leader-to-student ratio for each departure is being validated.
What guarantees do I have on payment?
Jo-in is a licensed tour operator: every trip is insured with NOBIS and the amounts you pay are protected by the Fondo Vacanze Felici guarantee fund.
