In 2008 the construction of the winery began on site. he has expanded the vineyard in recent years with more Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner and Trousseau. The Holyman Chardonnay is for our money a true Tasmanian classic. Joe knows how to do it and this vintage is
