Their wines are made almost exclusively from the Tibouren grape, a clone of the Rossese grape that most Ligurian red wines are made of just across the border. Tibouren lends itself perfectly to rose wines, since it offers delicate texture and ripens with plenty of acidity while developing a wild and complex set of aromas and flavors
